My mastering process explained

Over the years, I have fine-tuned my work method to be as fast and easy as possible, both for you and myself. Let me guide you through a project so you know what to expect!

1. Contact ✉️

You are ready to get your music mastered! You can get in touch with me using the contact form or my regular email. We can talk about the project before committing to it. Maybe you have more questions, and perhaps you'd like feedback on your mix. Of course, this is all free of charge.

2. Send the files 💾

Once you have your mixes ready, you can deliver them to me using the contact form on the website.

3. Pre-Check 📋

I will review your files and listen for any issues. There could be some clicks or corrupt files. Maybe an error during export caused the end to be cut off, that kind of stuff. Also, if I hear any significant issues that are better solved in the mix, I will report this to you before getting started on the master. This rarely happens, but it's good to know that it's checked before we start the master.

4. Master 🎛️

If all is well, I will start the mastering process. Make sure your music will sound the best on whatever system you are playing it. Adding depth, definition, and of course, loudness.

5. Review 👌

Once the master is finished, I will send you the invoice for the master along with a preview for you to review. If you like what you hear, you can use the online payment options to sign off on the project, but if you hear something you'd like me to change, you can let me know, and I'll go back in and adjust the master until you are completely satisfied, for no extra costs ;)

6. Signoff 💶

If you pay the invoice and the payment is confirmed, you will automatically receive a download link to the entire mastered project with any additional options.

7. Aftersales 🛟

I keep your project backed up for about a year. If you need me to deliver additional versions later down the road, just let me know, and I'll get on it. Also, in the sporadic case that the full master contains an issue you did not hear in the preview, I can go back in and fix it for you, of course, on the first days after delivery.

And as always, if you have any questions, just let me know. I'd be happy to help!

Looking forward to helping you get the most out of your music!
